2. All ACFT operators are advised that from 01 apr 2022, the Route Navigation Facility Charges (RNFC) in respect of ACFT overflying Indian FIRS (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai) will be invoiced and collected by the Airports Authority of India.

2. All International Scheduled ACFT operators are advised that effective 01 apr 2022, the Aeronautical Charges (RNFC and TNLC) in respect of all International scheduled ACFT landing at all the airports in India will be invoiced and collected by the Airports Authority of India.

3. The present arrangement of invoicing and collection through international Air Transport Association (IATA) will be discontinued from 31 mar 2022.

4. With the implementation of OFPL (online flight payment system integarted with aims invoicing, State Bank of India payment gateway), all domestic non schedule airline operators required to pay the aeronautical charges using the above system. (Refer https://onlinefpl.aai.aero for details)
