1. Surveillance Radar Approach:

SRA Procedure for RWY 05, RWY 23, RWY 30.

iv. Glide Slope: 3 DEG .

v. Termination: 1NM from touch down.

vi. Missed Approach Procedure: Climb 3600ft on last assigned heading, turn left join VOR hold or as directed by radar

controller .

vii. Caution for VI (P) 90, VI (D) 104, VI (D) 166. Aircraft not to fly below 3600ft AMSL within 2 Km over Tajmahal.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. All sked and non-sked operators to ensure no aerial photography by passengers is carried upon arrival and during

departure. No passenger or crew to carry-out photography during taxi. Provisions on this subject applies as Aircraft Act

and Indian Official Secret Act. For strict compliance.

2. VIR142 is Agra LFA. All aircraft maintaining FL150 and below to establish two way communication with Agra on 127.9

MHz (Approach Frequency) or 125.0 MHz (Tower Frequency) before entering VIR 142 and CTR of Agra.

3. Airfield lighting system will be kept 'switched off' 01 Hr before and after sunset until emergency or low visibility

operations for Military aircraft only. All civil sked/non sked and military aircraft to report 10 miles AGG during approach

for 'switching on' of airfield Lighting system. This is to reduced bird hits during approach due insect activity. For departure

section wise light will be 'switched on' as per ground position of aircraft.

4. TORA information for intersection departures:

5. All code D aircraft to carry out minimum power during taxi unless requested by ATC to avoid grass and foreign object

damage (FOD) on all Manoeuvring surface.

6. Surveillance radar equipment shall operate as follows.

i. For day/night when specially requested.

ii. For fighter flying.

iii. For VIP/VVIP movement.

iv. During marginal weather when visibility less than 3000 m.

v. Cloud below circuit altitude.

In case radar is completely shut down, 01 hr 30 min during morning hr and 03 hr notice during non-working hour required for operation of radar due manning constraints.

7. Two helipad marked.

Helipad-1 Coordinates: 270941.3N 0775808.8E, location on Taxi track south of RWY 05/23 abeam civil dispersal,

Helipad-2 Coordinates: 270912N 0775713.4e, location on taxi track North of RWY 05/23.

8. All pilots to exercise caution for increase of blue bull, deer, jackal or any other wild animal activity at airfield in and

around manoeuvring area during day and night. Pilot to expect low overshoot to scare blue bull, deer, jackal or any other

wild animal in order to prevent collision with it especially at night.

9. Flying restriction during training para sorties. Location dropping zone active during day and night. Hours of operations as

per requirements training. Drop zone location bearing 218 DEG distance 4.4NM from ARP.

a) For static jump, operating height band from GND up to 3500ft. No landing/take-off permitted during static line drop.

b) For free fall jump, operating height band as per requirements. No arrival/departure and no traffic permitted within

25NM of drop zone below operating height. Aircraft may be subj to delays.

10. Smart fence erected in flight strip to contain wild animals in airfield area.

a) Northern shoulder of main runway from 05 DB to intersection at a distance of 80m from runway centreline, from 23

DB to intersection at a distance of 90m from runway centreline.

b) Southern shoulder of main runway from 05DB up to 1700ft at a distance of 220m from runway centreline, from 1700

ft to 23 DB at a distance of 75 m from runway centreline.

c) On 05 approach at the distance of 175m from 05 DB, on 23 approach at the distance of 140m from 23 DB.

d) The height of fencing is 1.3m. All operators to exercise caution.

11. All civil operators to Agra are to submit FPL and obtain destination acceptance on tele/fax 0562-2400067 prior to

planned operations. Flight without prior submission of FPL shall not be accepted. All civil operators to coordinate with

AAI for parking.

Ensure strict adherence to FPL timing to avoid delays in departures.

12. All non-sked operators desiring to conduct operations outside ATS routes to and from VIR 142 to submit their flight

details 24 Hr in advance to Agra ATC for approval.

Tele/FAX Number of Agra ATC 0562-2400067. Non-compliance shall be deemed violation of airspace and dealt

accordingly.

13. Following HF Frequencies are manned by Agra ATC:

i. From 0130 to 0359 Hrs and 1100 to 1329 Hrs: 5795 KHz

ii. From 0400 to 1059 Hrs 7310 KHz

iii. From 1330 to 0129 Hrs 3660 KHz

14. ATC Agra Watch Supervisor Officer (WSO) Contact Nr. +91-8171625081. Communication on number only limited to

level coordination, flight clearance and traffic information in case no contact on landline 0562-2400067 tele-fax. All ATS

units and aircrew to note.

15. Obstructions in flight strip RWY05.

i. RWY controller hut south side, distance from RWY edge 179 FT, from RWY 05 THR 1500 FT, height 25 FT. WDI for

RWY 05, distance 197 FT from RWY edge, height 30 FT.

ii. RWY controller hut north side, distance 175 FT from RWY edge, from RWY 23 displaced threshold 200 FT, height 25

FT. WDI for RWY 23, distance 296 FT from dumbbell 23, height 30 FT AGL.

iii. Traffic crossing hut on both sides of RWY, distance 3000 FT from RWY 05 threshold. North side distance from RWY

edge 150 FT, height 10 FT, south side distance from RWY Edge 254 FT, height 10 FT.

iv. Blast pens north side, distance from RWY edge 183 FT, distance from RWY 05 threshold 750 FT and height 22 FT.

v. Barbed wire fence running parallel to RWY on both sides from intersection up to distance of 2000 Ft towards threshold

RWY 05, distance 400 FTfrom RWY edge.

vi. Total 22 monsoon drain recharge well covered with load bearing Capacity 20 tons.

vii. Saucer monsoon drain along RWY at a minimum distance of 100 FT.

16. Obstructions in flight strip RWY 12/30.

i. High tension railway traction electric cable on approach RWY 12, distance 1200 FT from threshold RWY 12, height

30 FT.

ii. Tree line distance 1500 FT from threshold RWY 12, 75 FT AGL.
